GDS Hotel Description...

The GDS Hotel Description (HOD) acts as your hotel's electronic brochure. It is quite possibly your hotel's most important sales tool in the electronic distribution channels. The HOD provides Travel Agents with your property description, hotel amenities and information about local attractions.

To help you manage this important sales tool, ReservHOTEL has developed a proprietary HOD Update tool that allows you to be in control of how your property is represented in the GDS. Through the ReservHOTEL Data Hub member hotels can create and update their GDS hotel description as often as necessary and at no charge.

GDS Reference System...

The GDS Reference System is an additional tool to advertise and promote your property. ReservHOTEL maintains a set of Reference Pages in each of the GDS on behalf of all member hotels.

Member hotels with a private-label chain code also have the option for brand specific Reference System pages.

Advertising Opportunities...

ReservHOTEL is able to offer member hotels with GDS advertising opportunities and special discounted advertising rates.

Broadcast E-mails:
On behalf of our member hotels, ReservHOTEL distributes broadcast emails to over 40,000 global travel agents, all of which have requested to receive emailed information on hotel specials. Our broadcast emails include new hotel member introductions, hotel special discounts and/or exclusive commission offers.

GDS Confirmation Messages:
Confirmation messages (often referred to as vapor messages) are informational messages returned to the travel agent along with a confirmation or cancellation number. These messages provide an additional opportunity to provide the booking agent with important information about your property. Through the ReservHOTEL Data Hub, you can create and modify confirmation messages for your property.

ReservHOTEL is dedicated to providing your hotel with easy to use tools that put you in control. The ReservHOTEL On-Line Reports provide you with free unlimited access to the information you need, when you need it and how you need it. On-Line Reports are secure, simple to use and the results are easy to read.

Through the ReservHOTEL Data Hub, you can quickly access current and historical reservation data in summary or detailed formats. You can view the data in monthly increments or over a period of time. In addition, the booking data, room nights and revenue can be sorted to suit your needs:
