Travel Agency Consortia...
ReservHOTEL has established relationships and system interfaces with the top travel agency consortia, allowing your hotel to easily participate in annual rate programs.
Our proprietary, single point-of-entry RFP tool is easy to use. You simply select the programs that are best for your hotel, display your GDS hotel description from the ReservHOTEL database and complete a few additional fields. Once complete, your request is either printed in the consortia required format or, depending on the consortia program, automatically submitted. In addition, your property information is stored in the ReservHOTEL database -- so, next year it's even easier!
Commission Payment Program...
ReservHOTEL, in conjunction with Perot Systems, a trusted leader in the travel industry, provides its hotel members with an easy to use total commission settlement process. The ReservHOTEL Commission Payment Program allows member hotels to pay commissions on reservations received electronically as well as those made directly through the hotel.
Through the ReservHOTEL Data Hub, member hotels can access their property's travel agent commission report and update the reservations information with no-shows and cancellations.

In our efforts to make our hotel members more competitive in the Market place, our dynamic system offers the option to create a variety of rates that can be managed based on occupancy levels. Member hotels can create their set of rates via our Control Panel with automatically updates all GDS’s and ODD’s internet portals.
