We are extremely satisfied with the booking engine. Since we switched from our old booking engine to ReservHotel our sales increased tremendously. I think it can be attributed to 2 factors:
1. Booking engine is extremely end-user friendly. Now our guests enjoy shopping and booking online directly with us.
2. We introduced very aggressive sale techniques and ReservHotel was able to adapt their technology that is still simple to use yet able to handle our diverse promotions.
They do listen to their customers. It actually happened on numerous occasions that I would contact them with an idea and was told "we are already working on it" and very shortly after an update was released. The entire team is wonderful. We work with a lot of outside "contractors" that provide us various technologies and none compares to the service we receive from ReservHotel.
We are extremely pleased with ReservHotel's booking engine solution for Hotel + Air. We started to use it in one of our resorts and then soon after switched to the Fastklink booking engine at all of our six resorts. The implementation process was smooth and we are very satisfied with the results.
We are achieving more revenue and we are happy not to have to pay the high commission the OTA's charge us for. We are pleasantly surprised with the great results we are achieving with our wedding groups who require hotel + air packages. Now that we can provide them with a group code and special rate, we have a competitive advantage, we provide better service and our revenue is higher.

The CMS which manages the GDS, OTAs and Tour Wholesalers has kept us ahead of our local competitors. The relationship which has evolved over the years is mutually beneficial and we can honestly say that Luis and his team embrace our criticism and suggestions positively, making the necessary changes to their products or customizing it to our specifications. Their 'can do' approach has positioned them well to maintain this relationship for the next decade.
